Sky+ favourites cycle.

Since I moved to Sky+ my Favourite channels don't cycle around anymore e.g. last in the list is UK Horizions first is RTE, so when I get to UK Horizions it stops as opposed to continue back around to RTE like it used to pre Sky+. What gives? Is this normal operation? (It's the same after a reboot).

This is not normal. Favourites should work exactly the same as the original digibox.

Get a good book so that you have something to pass the time while you are waiting for Sky to answer.:D
