1972, 1974, 1990.

Strictly speaking that's when they were released, not made but I assume that's what you want (knock a few months back from each of them to when they were made).

(officially they're set between about 1900 and 1980 by the way (though Michael supposedly dies in the late 1990s as an epilogue according to the family tree in the godfather dvd release. Not a dry orange in the house))

1997 I believe.
Godfather - very very well made movies but, I find, a tad over-rated. But that's just me...
