TBH, if you want to jam on Dream Theater stuff, you're gonna need some mighty talented people. I'm still trying to get my head round Erotomania! I'd love to jam but unfortunately, I'm in Dundalk. Have you heard the new album yet?

    :D

Heh heh heh heh he heh Good Luck!!!

I tried to buy another ESP 400 series bass from them a few months ago, the buggers never returned my e-mails or phone calls. They've got fantastic prices but seem reluctant to sell internationally, unless no-one local to them will touch an instrument.

Still, check these out and dream, eh? :D

Yeah we won't be playing dream theater that much well we will but as long as you canm semi hold your own we'd be happy to jam with the people they don't have to be amazing.

Hey Doc, have a wee look see at the ESP UK boards. Mr ESP UK, a bloke called Clive, owns Selectron UK who are the main distributor of ESP in Europe. Post a message for him. He's incredibly helpful!

Cheers Feylya, but they stopped making they 400 series in the late 80's. They were basically Fender replicas, except better than the ones Fender made. I have a 400 Series Jazz bass (basically a Fender 64 Jazz) and have been trying to lay my hands on more of them ever since. It's the sweetest playing bass I've ever known. ESP have since distanced themselves from them (I think they were sued, they were that close to the original) and it's hard to find any info on them at all these days. The one on Bass Palace was an early Precision replica (even had the telecaster shaped head) and wanted it very, very badly. Oh well :(
