I'm getting this mesage from my Kerio personal firewall

    "Outgoing Connection Alert

    Remote 192. 150.18.33 port 80 - TCP

'Adobe Reader 6.0' from your computer wants to connect to 192.150.18.33, port 80

    c:\program files\adobe\acrobat 6.0\reader\acrord32.exe"

Should I create a filter rule to permit this or block this

If I block it can it create complications.

It starts just after I use Adobe reader and its a right nag today

    It's that bloody web update

    Edit - Preferences - Update

    While you are there

Edit - Options - I usually turn off all the web integration options, if you are looking at a pdf - ya might as well download it, so you can see how long it will take and so you have a local copy if you want to look at it later.

*these are the options in version 5 - if they have been moved or changed then RANT at adobe...

[edit]turn off web buy too.. , and there are probably other bits in there trying to phone home...
