    I might have missed this on the forum, so forgive me if has already been said. GOLF TV is to launch on saturday 22nd november at 7pm. up til now its just been promos.

    Could you limit ur pms to a weekly update as half the pms on here are from you and most are about channels everybody knows about. I wouldn't mind interesting gossip. I dont know how anyone else feels but i know i am fed up with it.

    i never knew it had a connection with The Golf Channel in the states. same logo etc. so it may be worth looking at if they put the same amount of effort into this one

    It's emerged that Golf TV (UK) have only just come to
    a partnership the The Golf Channel (US) in the last few days.

    The channel were originally going to launch independantly,
    but this alliance will only be good news for the UK based
    concern.

    Golf Channel UK launched at 19:00 tonight (Saturday). Several heavyweights from Golf Channel hq in Florida did the honours.

    I apologise! It seems some people take interest in ur posts so fair play to you but i still think that you should maybe have updates on the one post, maybe called channel updates or something similair, just an idea. I don't mind posts for huge channels but one for the sh**e seems worthless!

    Obviously i mean't no offence to you!

    Not a bad idea donhughberto about a 'new channels' thread, perhaps a sticky. Also no offence to Seamus, but the news generally comes shortly after most people here would have read it on Sky Digi Online or digitalspy.

    thats probably true, but if the news hasnt been posted on this site, (I do ckeck) I just thought I would inform people. I think the best thing for me to do is pack it in.

    Don't think there's any need for that Seamus, perhaps you should start a 'New Channels' thread and ask a Mod to make it into a sticky, and keep all the posts there???

    I agree and Seamus, some people obviously like ur info so why not keep it coming but through the one thread, i think everybody would be interested as long as the information is solid and comes direct from the horses mouth as they say(like in UTV where storys flew about for the last year like wildfire and now it just seems like we are getting somewhere at last)
