network problems with redhat 9

    I installed redhat 9 but it won't recognise my on board NIC. I have an Abit nf7-s motherboard. I need to get this working, any Ideas on how to fix this. Im fairly new this whole unix thing.

    Run the command lspci
    It should list out the types of hardware you have available.

    If that command isn't installed,
    cat /proc/pci may tell you what you need to know.

    Post anything that looks like an ethernet card here,
    and we'll help you find the right module.
