metallica gig had to be the best of the year, as always they put on a fantastic show,
did'nt think much of the darkness supporting, music seems to be somewhat okay but just can't stand the lead singer :-\
although having said that, eagerly awaiting the iron maiden gig which again should be sweet :)

No Foo Fighters in the list?
Also, Audioslave was a great gig back in June in the Point. They were amazing. What a great band

Delighted to see the darkness (a brand new act!) nominated and doing so well! Vicar street was revelatory!

Can't believe Flaming Lips have so few votes, Their Witnness gig was the most amazing performance ive seen in many years , plus i wasnt even a fan to begin with.
Replacing The White Stripes is not easy but they did it very well.

Radiohead were amazing as were Chillis but The Flaming Lips are just complete nutcases, Their on stage props & performance is half the show , thats why they get my vote

I'd say the Beth Gibbons & Rustin' Man gig in the Ambasador was in a league all of it's own.
