    Butler the offical Comreg PR Bunny is preening himself about Ímplementation, this means that EU law has been transposed into Irish law faster than elsewhere in the EU .... for a change.

    That Implementation was done by the Minister for Communications and his Staff in the DCMNR not by Comreg. One such implementation was the USO directive which mandated Comreg to ensure that " Functional Internet Access " was available to all Eircom customerss. Comreg promptly dropped minimum line speed from 2.4k to 0k Universally for all of us.

    As Minister Ahern did all the useful work and as Comreg have wrecked it for all of us for the next 4 years it is surely the place of the Ministers office to crow about it and not that of a PR Bunny for Comreg..........whos performance is worse than dismal.

    Would Butler tell us what useful measures have been "Implemented" by Comreg since they were given that extensive raft of excerciseable powers by the EU in July 2003 , I doubt even he could find one.
