Can anyone tell me what the story is with the 98FM fugitive.

I went to Liffy Valley SC this afternoon and was virtually chased out of the place by people asking me if I was the 98fm fugitive.

( i even shaved today so wtf?)

You didn't look like you went there on a motorbike did you?

Ah, good I'm not the only one.

And no I wasn't on a bike, I was in a Lexus. (And I was asked getting out of the car)
Do they just assume Fugitive = thief and that i was in a stolen car ?

the fact that people are running around dublin listening to a ****e radio station asking random people if they're some kind of fugitive in a desperate attempt to get cash is worrying
