Between Utv and Iol who have the cheaper call rates?

Do Iol and Utv send out an itemized paper telephone bill every month. I noticed on the iol site that "no paper bill issued"

I can only guess that UTV are the cheaper operator as far as phone calls are concerned. UTV send out bills via email, meaning then notify you when your bill is issued via email and you can then login to their control panel and view it/print it. I'm not sure if they offer a paper alternative but it's worth ringing and finding out.

UTV call charges are a good bit cheaper than Esat/IOL.
A list of their call charges is in their faq on utvinternet.com
