Just wondering - Is the IOL BB modem always USB? If it is USB, is it USB 2? Can I request ethernet?

'Cos I've read a few cases of ppl having problems w/ the USB modem.

    It is what it's.

No you can't request ethernet. I'd get an ethernet modem if I were you though, the IOL modem doesn't work with the latest Mac OS, and you can't add a wireless access point to a usb modem.
