CD mass production

OK, say I have a cd-r with some tracks on it, and i want to make some copies to put around dublin for sale.... the whole sheh-bang, cd label, booklet, nice case layout etc, all that pro looking stuff. where would I go? and how much would you generally pay to get, say 100 cds done up as above?
