    Hi

A friend of mine went over last august to Barcelona, he stayed at a Youth Hostel for a few weeks(studio), he doesn't speak any Spanish and manage to get a Job in a Call Center to Support the english market. No idea how he got it but I find out I'll let you know.

    Regards

Everyone seems to be heading to Barca these days! Call centre work would be easy to get, as would be work in an Irish bar (if you could stand that!).

I guess monster.es I had a look there yesterday and saw an english speaking call centre job, but 'some spanish required'. You should probably do a crash course in Spanish before you head over there to make yourself a little more 'employable'.

Catalan is their prefered language, not spanish. ;) It would be worth finding out which language would be of more benefit to you job wise.

in dublin i would go mad working in a call centre but in barcelona i'd reckon i'd be a bit more chilled about it, ideally i'd like work in a bar, though i have never worked in a bar
