Pickups for Musicman Bass

Does anyone know where I can get pickups and machine heads for a Musicman (Sabre) bass. It's an old guitar that I haven't played in years, and I took it out over the weekend to find that all the chrome parts have rusted or begun to rust. Is there a musicman website I can go to? Thanks

Might be cheaper to get then refinished, you know how people go on about parts sounding better with age.
