I have been quiet happily using this board for quiet a while now and in all it has been a very pleasent experience until...Keeks. Do the admins really allow this person to insult people ad lib and then just close the thread? Is he allowed refer to users of a public forum as "bloody noobys" and "Annoying" without provocation? Ninety nine percent of my postings here are to help other user's and I dont feel I deserve this kind of treatment from someone who has been deemed by the powers that be to be a boards "moderator"?? I'm not one to formally complain, but i couldnt refer the complaint to the mod as he/she closed both threads!

    FS thread link

    Keeks
ANd as for the mayhem# incident. If you weren't here when it happened ur a bloody noob. Simple eh? so stop asking stupid questions.
I probably should ban you just for annoying me but then you would probably go crying to the admin board saying I'm a bad mod.

If you're curious about mayhem#, then use the search facility. FS is for buying/selling items unless the Mods there start threads to get feedback. Therefore the thread was closed.

Also, I think you're making a connection between 'noobs' and traders that wasn't meant.

I don't think the phrase "bloody noob" is tremendously offensive really. It's best not to take such comments too seriously.

    Ahem...

If you take a throw away comment like "noob" personally and then have a bit of a go at a moderator in his own forum, suggests that you are a noob...

ps Leave keeks alone, he has a tough job and does it well

O.K Guy's firstly I didnt have a go at anyone, I simply asked a question that was also asked by other members of the thread and was "in the vein of the conversation" i.e. small v large traders. Now it seems "nooby" is pet name you guys like to use but preceeded by bloody?? Also The original thread in FS was not started by me and was not advertising something for sale, it was asking for our (general user's + noobys) opinions on how the FS board was run. I apreciate that your mods have a difficult job but is it nescessary to be so rude with users? Your call folks.
P.S. Just to clarify, I am not a trader on these boards! I advertised my car here once and thats it.
