    Thats looks like it will do the job

    But Remember you need a DVD burner
    and USB 2 HI SPEED on your system.


    The video will be region free

    but the problem I always ran into was when I recorded the video
    it was in pal format not in NTSC as what American format
    is so you may be able to watch it here in Ireland
    but not in america using a standed DVD player

    But the american may get away with by putting the DVD into
    a computer DVD
    because the computer DVD does not care if its NTSC or PAL
