Whats UTVs position on breaking the cap? Do they normally enforce this and charge if you go over?

I know there are alot of Clicksilver guys and gals in here so what are your experiences? Have you ever been charged for going over the cap?

The cap is not enforced.

Note: I've never downloaded 15 gigs a month though,
