Does anyone know where I might find a program that allows me to make headings, like neon glowing ones etc...I'm looking for a gold one...christmasy looking Any ideas? there's no colour in ms paint that looks sparkly enough Thanks Kate

I think Paint Shop Pro 7 offers the sort of effects you are after.
Possibly earlier versions of the same prgram do too.
