NTL Digital crapness last night (thursday)

    Anyone else experience problems?

    Sat down to watch my favourite, Six Feet Under, season closer on E4. The bloody channel was barfing every 30 seconds for about 10 minutes..

    Has happened a lot with the movie channels as well in the last couple of months, I'm tempted to drive to NTL and throw my digibox through their f*ckin window.

    First person to suggest ringing them gets a digibox in the head :P

    I had problems too, on UK Gold + 1 mainly. Oddly enough, neither UK Gold or UKG2 had these problems...

    Screen froze every few seconds - made viewing a nightmare...

    On MMDS digital in Galway we got some freezes on UTV between 7:30 and 8:00 - umm, the wife was watching Jenny Bristow, not me honest! :p

    Anyway, E4 seemed OK for the next hour and then after 9:00 BBC2 seemed OK for us.

    I'm not sure that we get the same feed in Galway though....

    It's the exact same story here, all the channels are fine except for UK Gold +1. For most of the week now it's been intermittently stopping for a couple of seconds & then returning to a proper picture for a couple of mins. Very irritating. :mad:

    I had problems about a year ago with the Uk god channel as well. And Sky one and some of the and the Irish channels. Turned out to be dish slightly off line and when wind was strong dish was moving in and out of signal range, only slightly but enough to cause **** picture and desire to smash digibow with big axe. But had dish realigned and no prob since.
