Anyone recommend good and reasonable places to get digital photos printed? Also I need some negs scanned in. Are there any places in the D.15 area?

I haven't tried them, but I think the Camera Centre in the Blanchardstown Centre offer a digital printing service.

They don't look the most comprehensive kind of a place.

They offer a reasonable amount of services, but I'm not sure if they subcontract it or do it themselves. See Digital Imaging and Services at http://www.cameracentre.ie

I haven't noticed anywhere else in D15 offering digital printing, though I think most of the current minilabs are capable of processing digital, but the staff may not have been trained to use those features.

I use www.bonusprint.ie Good quality and cheap, might take a coupel of weeks though.

Umm one hour photo in blanch seem to be the cheapest if you use their prepaid, 4 day service. Dunno if they have a website. We'll see what the quality is like. They were the only shop to ask me what format/size I wanted my digital prints printed in. Cropped, scanned/panned or digital size. So that says a lot to me. I''ve also dropped some 35mm stuff so be interesting to see what that comes out like aswell. Generally I find the longer development times/services produce better prints.

I agree, bonusprints are excellnet. Great little software app to do all your uploading with. Quality is great, cost is even better (€1.50 for a 8x10) shipping is €1.99 but shared over the number of prints you get.

They are a bit slow in getting them back. Took about 12 days to get to images I sent.

    I use Photobox

They are not quite as cheap as Bonusprint, but print quality is good and they are very fast to deliver. I placed an order late one Sunday night and received an email telling me that my order had been dispatched at 8.24am the next morning. The prints arrived two days later.

I thought it was too slow to use on a dialup.

Could be slow on a dial up but I've got a 512k up and down speed so I'm sorted.

Sent 6mb of pix yesterday in a few mins and they delivered to me by courier today.

    :D

The one in Blanch. shopping centre will do it. i've only ever had one bad experience with them (involving overexposing negs :( )

Which one? Theres two? The Camera Center which seems expensive and the 1 hour photo place which seemed cheaper if you used their prepaid 4 day service. So far every where I've got pictures digital or 35mm hasn't been very consistant in the quality of the service or the print quality.

In the last pharmacy in O'Connel street on the left when you go to O'connel bridge, you can get prints from digital for 20 cents, processed in 24 hours.
    And the quality is ok.

I've used Bonusprint too. Great service. MUCH cheaper than the rest altough they only do up to 20X25cm prints. They promise a 5 day delivery but I doubt if they've EVER kept that. I got mine 2.5 weeks after ordering.....I was at home that day so I reckon the postman was carrying it every day cos it wouldn't fit into the postbox and it says on it "DO NOT BEND". Kind of him to let me know he had it lying around his van for a while!

I heard a radio ad in the last few days to get 100 photos printed for €10, cant remember what shop though. Can anyone direct me to the ad/shop? Thanks.

Sam mcCauleys chemists I think. Harvey Normans usually do similar all year round. €11 I think. At least they used to.

Both are a good bit out of the way for me so probably not worth the hassle. Thanks though.

Of similar quality *normally* - Some of the online suppliers also worth a look - for example http://photobox.ie/shop/prints/1/prices (and currently free delivery for orders over €10)
