Tabbed Browsing in Opera 7.22 for windows?

Hey there, i haven't used opera since version 6, and i remember one feature i loved which was tabbed browsing. however i can't seem to find how to enable it in 7.22. Does anyone have any ideas, and yes i have googled and found nothing that was helpful.
