When are the GAA rights up for renewal. This is gonna be ineresting for UK rights as the BBC is now FTA. I doubt they will just buy DTT, analog and cable rights. Or would they cause were does this leave setanta?

    Any coments?

i'd say it will stay the same for the UK except maybe the Saturday and the very rare Monday games will be also be shown on Setanta

Did Greg Dyke not say they were looking for UK wide satellite rights for events they only local rights for, e.g Scottish soccer. Surely the GAA would come under this too, as the BBC are ailenating the satellite viewers in the north, with no Ulster championship coverage.
