I dunno if anyone else does the same thing but on ocassion I make the mistake of typing www.baords.ie instead of www.boards.ie
Do many people make this mistake or am I specshul, I'm suggesting that www.baords.ie could be linked to this site if there is enough feedback/concurrence.

Which incidently takes you to google anyway so it must be a common mistake.

I have seen one or 2 people make the same mistake as me before and I tried typing in www.googel.com and it worked. Google is, as far as I know the most popular search engine in the world and is about to be (maybe it has been already) sold off for ~15 billion, the googel thing is just another convenience, mircosoft word also changes common mistakes as you type. O and A are also in approximately the same places as L and E.

It's in Google's and Microsoft's interests to help idiots. Google gets more hits, and Microsoft gets less idiots ringing customer support. Boards.ie has no such desire.

All you have to do is open your HOSTS file (HOSTS.SAM in Win9x) with notepad and add this line:

217.114.166.147 [url]www.baords.ie[/url]

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
