Uploading Files to Webspace???

I have webspace with UTV and I can't upload any files. I tried WS_FTP and the web publishing wizard but it won't work. I posted topic about this a while ago here, and while blacknight was very helpful to me, I didn't solve the problem. Any Idea's?
