Implementing additional digibox

I want to install a digibox in another room, which will involve all the usuals like:

    Modifications to Dish

    Cabling

Cost of purchase of second-hand digibox

    Purchase of Free2View card

How would the costs above compare to getting SKY+ & mirrored subs?

Installation costs I mean, I know the subs implications, and apart from the obvious functional benefits of the second option.

    Depends.
If you have a sub that qualifies for free subscription to Sky plus, then I would definitely reccomend it.
If you are handy at DIY, then you could install and do the cabling yourself.
You've probably looked up the cost of the cables, add in a few nails and stuff and there you have it.
