Can you be a bit more specific? Do you mean a replacement SIM in the event that your existing SIM is lost/stolen/destroyed?

Gonna give the generic speil here...

If your sim card is determined to be faulty, Vodafone will replace it for free... If you loose your sim, you will have to pay just over 20 quid for a new one. If you purchase a bonus pack (upgrade), they will also give you a new one.

Ah its the new V3 Sim card. Its a standard 64k sim that supports most new features on handsets and adds an extra control panel option to your phones menu for Value Added Services and what not..

Voda RTG SIM from last year has a Services Menu, with a load of Value Added Services (cough operator revenue generating services cough) on it - the menu that had numbers for voicemail / directory enquiries was helpful though, O2 had a nice implementation on their Speakeasy SIM listing useful options for a/c enquiries , top-up etc - for home and while roaming
