Anyone here read the article in this weekend's Irish Times about the DART works over the summer? It was actually quite decent. It had CIE explaining precisely why they're doing the works the way they're doing and it also made comparisons to similiar works in the rest of the world. I don't have a subscription to the site…

I don't have a subscription to the site but it's well worth a read as it's the first time that I've heard CIE try and explain their actions (not well enough, might I add).
