hi - have a read if greg_f's post in this thread:
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=106942

he has listed out the email settings for the 7650 (same for the 3650), at the end of his post

first is for GSM dial-up (charged per second) for pre-pay (Speakeasy) and post-pay (Billed Monthly)

second settings are for GPRS (charged per KB), he lists out the post-pay (Billed Monthly) settings, if you are pre-pay (Speakeasy) you just have to change the 'Access Point Name' to pp.internet

you need an internet access point to connect to use the email client on the phone (not a WAP one), this may have to be enabled on the Network for your account, calling 1740 form your phone will get you through to O2 Internet & WAP suppport

if you want to use your own POP account, just replace the a/c name, email address, username/password and incoming mail server from the O2 details greg_f posted, you make have to keep the outgoing mail server (SMTP) as O2's depending on the mail service you are using
