Ok, first of all I'm sorry if this isn't the correct forum, but wasn't sure where to post it.

I'm doing a project consisting of several components, one of which is a hospital database.

Now what I need to know is what patient data is generally maintained in hospitals at the moment.So if anybody here works in the medical profession, I'd be grateful for any advice.

I know this isn't your usual After hours post, but any help would be much appreciated,

Don't want any patient specific information, just the headings...

E.g.

We keep the following records:
Firstname, lastname, date of birth, medical history, blood type, blood pressure, medication, etc
