Asus p4sdx agp problem

System is P4 1.5. 512 ddr ram. GF4 TI4800 SE, W2k SP4 Purchased the Asus P4sdx Board last week had a lot of problems trying to get a OS working on it, all seems ok now, however i am unable to get the AGP driver to work any time i install it the display becomes corrupt and locks up i have to reboot to safe mode uninstall…

Have the latest Driver from asus latest driver from Nvida for GF4

The video card shows up as agp(pci Mode) see attach
