Problem with FTV P2 card...

I bought a P2 sky card (ex sub I think) on e-bay last week it arrived today, put in the box powered it down and back up again and I am only getting the BBC channels on it. There is no ITV1 or CH4, CH5 in the EPG. So if anyone knows of this problem or has a solution please reply or if anyone is thinking of buying a card on…

It appears that ex-sub cards are useless. I've 2 and both come up as this card is not authorised, so I'm waiting anxiously for my real ftv cards before my old ones go off!
