sigh! what point is having a uni connection if you can't use IRC ...

I know about using bnc but it doesn't work in the CS building here in ul. keep getting "address is not on local machine".

I can use IRC through our firewall in work with no problems, but when I use ICQ, people don't generally see me online (some do.. some don't.. !?!?) whatever my 'current status' is. Shur I'm supposed to be workin' anyway, so I don't get much of a chance to use ICQ or IRC anyway... shouldn't you be studying?... hehe
