Line Test Database

I was waiting on Eircom to update the line test database, it seems to have gone down for the last day or so, iol's line test says call back later. Anyone seen this before, does this mean its been updated or could we be finally getting a new better system. thanks.

Its gone down before and come back up without an improvement. Then again it could be improved but i'd find it unlikely
