i know its been asked before but my situation is slighty different.

My borther phoned from england and he asked me the easiest way to get RTE for his g/f family in england who have an existing Sky UK sub.

I know its €27 for RTE.

    My questions are :
    1. Will Sky accecpt an irish credit card as payment for the monthly sub?

    2. Is it is a simple as phoning up and saying to sky i am a new user and need a card have the box and everything second hand..Get a card send over to england get it activated in their box and bobs you uncle.

    3. Do they need a 2nd hand sky box and swap the RF in cable as and when they need the irish box setup?

I know its being asked before and i am sorry but its important!

I did email tony but i think he misread my question or i put it bad (thats far more likely).

    Thanks Guys.

P.S Anyone phone the new FTV card hotline yet?

It works fine as along as the box is your own and not a new sky subsidised box with the phoneline condition attached.
