This may be of interest to people here.
The Evening Herald in association with Sitric books and Today FM, is offering all aspiring novelists the chance to have your book published.
You could be following in the footsteps of Cecilia Ahern and Roddy Doyle by having your masterpiece published.

All you need is the first 3000-5000 words of your book plus a one-page plot summary. Entries must be on hard copy (no e-mails), typed, double-spaced, one side of page. Entries can’t be returned so keep your own copy.

Every Thursday until November 20th, the Evening Herald will run a feature offering aspiring novelists tips on how to pen a masterpiece with expert advice from top novelists Marian Keyes, Dermot Bolger, Cathy Kelly and many more.
