dialup disconnection software

i am still on iol nolimits and sometimes i want to download files at night while i sleep what would people recomend to disconnect the net before 8am in the morning i would like some software thats seperate from a download manager as i want to use cute ftp for the downloading

Even when I'm downloading with flashfxp or emule I still use GetRight to disconnect and turn the machine off.
