Solaris 8 for Intel

    I am having problems with creating my solaris disks
    I have obtained the files neccessary for Solaris 8 for Intel Infrastructure

    Sol-8-u7-ia-v1-a.zip
    Sol-8-u7-ia-v1-b.zip
    Sol-8-u7-ia-v1-c.zip

    Sol-8-u7-ia-v2.zip

    Sol-8-u7-install-ia-a.zip
    Sol-8-u7-install-ia-b.zip
    Sol-8-u7-install-ia-c.zip

    I have unzipped these ,only located 1 ISO file. The total size of the unzipped files is 1.12GB. Has anyone managed to get these Solaris Disks working ?

    Any help on this would be apprieciated

    I have good Solaris x86 disks somewhere.

    Warning: Solaris x86 sucks.

    Indeed it is well dodgy; see here for proof.

    9 might be better though.
