    cooledit
    search for it on google.,

open your mp3 through it, copy the bit you want(highlighting), paste it on a new file , save it as mp3.

Import it through Fruityloops, should have a import function,
I am not sure that you can use the bits, you should be able to .

Go into sounds folder, or where ever the default sounds are stored and look at the extension, it could be .wav instead of .mp3

    good luck
