Hey I'm heading off in about 3 weeks for a year around the world, and i'd like to keep in contact with everyone. I have some peoples numbers and have a few peoples address but some people prefer to use chat programs.

I know most people in here connect to irc at some stage or another but do many people in here use other types of chat programs like MSN, Yahoo, or ICQ, and even e-mail.

I'd like to keep in contact with everyone and since not everyone is on boards alternatives would be nice.

i use:

E mail: Home and in college
Irc: Home and in college
and
MSN: @ home
