    I've got a kickboxing competition in about a month and a half or so from now, What kind of diet should I be on? Right now I mainly eat;

    Mince Burrito's
    Pasta
    Toast
    Chicken
    Rice
    Potatoe Alphabites

    And I've been drinking nothing but water/diet coke ect...

    Are there any changes that I should make to this?

    Keep drinking plenty of water. It may sound obvious but it's really good for your body. Avoid caffeine, soft drinks.....and dare I say it...beer. Just drink water instead. The rest of your diet seems quite healthy, maybe add in a bit of fruit. Try to load up on the carbs coming up to the competition.

    Good Luck in the competition.

    I drink a disturbing amount of tea... nice bit of sugar in every cup too... and thing is, I dont drink from normal sized cups,I drink from novelty sized cups... as in they're about 12 and 10" high, 3 or 4" wide ect...

    ...is this bad?

    Your diet sould be around 57% Carbs, 29% fat, 13% protein and about 1% Fibre(Not sure if they are the exact figures so dont take them as gospel). Try and avoid only eating when your hungry as well. Eat average sized meals all day(It can be 4 - 5 meals a day). It helps to maintain an even distrubition of energy in your body. As well as everyone else said drink water to help with hydration. Tea is an antioxident so helps in the cleaning of your system. The avoius one is dont eat any food you dont know about coming up to the comp. I did it when I once and it left me feeling funny during training which in turn effected how I prepared for the comp. Not sure if this helps you in anyway.
    Best of luck
