ITV missing and 4 and 5 sub only

Hi i've a FTV card V.2 and can't get channel four or five anymore (says i need to upgrade my sub) plus ITV has simply disappeared from my epg. Anyone else experiencing this?

Generally this happens when the card is left out of the box for some time and misses an over the air update..

If you leave the card in the box plugged in for a day or two, the channels (all 2!) should re-appear one by one..

Haven't heard of ITV disappearing completely from the EPG yet though btw so something could be up...
