    Right lads we're having a bit of a brawl tonight everyones welcome to join in

    What you need to play...

    Version 0.2.94 of FB Alpha
    Download

    An IRC client (ie mIRC) so you can join
    #emulation.ie on irc.quakenet.org
    As matches will be arranged from there.

    Roms
    Games that will defo be played are..
    Street Fighter II Champion Edition
    Super Street Fighter II
    Obviously you'll need to find these yourselves!

    We will hopefully have a Kaillera server of our own but if not we'll pick the server with the best ping.

    Well, I still have lag and the fact that I only have had a keyboard to blame. Still, I defy you to hooyuken me with a €10 keyboard. Still I must thank you, Emboss for as I said destroying my last ever hope for productivity.

    High point for me of course was not bothering playing with either yerself or echo who spent the whole night geeking about whilst I spent 2 hours on my own reliving all those fond memories of bopping on down to the capcom classics, sweeping Chun Li over and over and looking up her dress-thingey and making hundred-hand slap jokes that nobody else was around to hear but they were damn funny tho.

    Oooh and those Dhalsim elephant noises coming from upstairs and the stupid cringing hippy in the corner who wouldn't leave.

    (Actually- can it also play mortal kombat? Would also be good for a giggle and somewhat more keyboard friendly.)

    But MK suks!!!
    I'd like to try to play SF some night. More of a fan of Alpha 2 mind.
    Never have been able to get FB to work with my joypad properly, for some reason I can only do the ol' hadokens etc. with Mame.

    Is there any way people using Mame 32 would be allowed to play? No version of FB works properly for me controller wise, been trying to sort it out for months but no luck :(

    The Beer Baron will be attending this LAN so he can't play his "I'm on a keyboard and it lags" get-out-of-jail-free card.

    Of course he'll just claim to be vvvveeeery vveeeery dlunk instead.
