Just got my hands on the new Children of Bodom CD - Hate Crew Deathroll... tis grand music but so far after a few times round the album one song has risen above the other...

It's called 'Somebody put something in my drink', Half of the lyrics consists of "...Somebody put something in my drink..."

I have no idea why the song sounds so good or why the lyrics are so funny... it just is :)

Thoroughly recomended! If you've never heard C.o.B, they are a metal band that is definitly worth listening to... I have to admit I didn't like them first off but after hearing the music for a while the complex riffs got me hooked... ww)

I only have "Follow The Reaper" at the moment but I'm hoping to get it along with a few others in the coming months. What is it like compared to "Follow The Reaper"?

'tis a fair bit heavier Pornapster, but a good album.

Got all their albums, bar the live one myself.
Very good stuff altogether, but the first one would probably be my favorite.

Also reccomend In Flames - Reroute to Remain
It was released last year but I only got my hands on it a month or three ago.... much good :)

Free Fall still gives me shivers...

Or get any other In Flames album which beats 7 shades of dung out of Reroute to Remain :) eg: Colony, subterannean, whoracle and clayman are ALL far superior to reroute to remain in my, and a most In Flames fans, opinions. Not to say that album isnt decent, as it is an OK album, its just not a scratch on some of the superb music they have released before that (just listen to Biosphere, Dead Eternity, Colony, Man Made God etc..)

Back on topic, CoB are pretty damn good, I just love their style of guitar playing, Alexi is simply superb.

    Precisely what I was thinking.

I am well aware of the superiority of the previous albums but new is new and is harder to compare to previous music until you've thrashed it as much as you did the old stuff :)
