I am getting extremely frustrated as I can't seem to last, literally, over 2-3 minutes and you can imagine how the ladies must feel. The reason I decided to post this is becuase a woman on the AK phoneshow last night was slagging a man because he cums in 10 minutes and I was shocked. I've tried everything for premature ejaculation but nothing seems to work and I've also tried thinking of a bloody ugly person while doing it but that doesn't work and its not very pleasant.

I am 20 years of age and I have never had a proper girlfriend and I don't want one either as I'm happy being a single man. Apparently most women don't climax from standard penetrative sex, and most get bored after 30 mins.

Ejaculating should not be your goal when in the sack. It should be a fringe benefit. Most women couldn't care less if you only took 2 minutes, so long as you spent the previous hour, ahem, paying attention to her.....

There are also ways to increase your stamina. Frequent masturbation can help you learn control. 'Taking a bullet out of the chamber' can also help, before sex.

I can totally empathise.

I find wearing a condom helps my stamina.

If you do already wear one (which you should of course with multiple partners) than maybe try a less sensitive one - i.e. thicker material

Seamus's suggestion of masturbating say 1/2 hour before sex is a good one but not always practical with spontaneous sexual encounters.

Thanks for the Reply Seamus. I actually masturbate every day or two and I am doing this a few years without any change. I think I am actually over horny if you could say that. I hit an erection far to easily and it can be embarrassing trying to hide it when watching TV with the parents. I wonder is there an opposite to Viagra. *wink*<--no smilies when your not logged in.

You shoot too fast because your afraid you will. Simple as that.
No amount of **** will help you.

Next time your with a chick, using foreplay or teasing or whatever, make her come. Then it will matter feck all to either of you how long it takes you to shoot.

Once you don't care about it, you'll have fixed it. Most women need plenty more stimuli than just your knob to come, so the idea you have in your head of simply dropping both your kecks and rogering till she screams ain't going to happen.

Do a web search for "kegel exercises" + ejaculation. You might get some tips on how to last longer.

Oh and don't pay any attention to what you hear on the AK phoneshow. Most people who ring in are scumbags or messers. It really is the trashiest programme on Irish radio.

If you get an erection easily enough then you shouldn't have a problem with getting another erection after you've cum. May
take a few minutes but play with her in the meantime. Each

What I meant was masturbation for the purposes of control. It's wholly possible to teach yourself control, and get used to knowing at what point to slow down or stop. The more frequently you practice, the quicker you learn.

If you get a long term girlfriend you may find that your staying powers are increased, I think it depends on many reasons, one being a further knowledge of your partner. I think maybe the main problem in your sustainance, original poster, could be due to the fact that you are having sex to enjoy what you get out of it.

If so, try enjoying what she is getting out of it, how she reacts if you slow down or change tactics as such. Take time out from penetration if you are getting too far into your feelings maybe and enjoy touching her with your hands. Just a thought.
