Coordination/Liaison etc between Eircom and broadband resellers

    Does anyone know if there is a formal method in place for Eircom and the resellers to liaise about various issues (particularly service quality) including technical ones? It would seem logical to me especially at the early stages of bb that something like this would be essential.

    However in reading the UTV support group I get the impression that in fact there is very little communication at all going on either on technical issues or otherwise.

    Anybody got any information on this?

    Seems to me that the other isps would have a lot of issues for Eircom from what we read here.

    If you mean issues WITH Eircom then you are on the right track. The other operators have a Trade Union called ALTO where they discuss our favourite near monopoly......more often that they would like to.
