I vote "I don't know what to believe".

I think the WTC + Pentagon attacks certainly worked in favour of what is a fairly authoritarian administration lacking in any particularly progressive ideas and incapable of dealing with problems that can't be bombed... I'm not sure many/any are going to dispute that.

As has been discussed in previous threads, there are things which really don't add up regarding that day. I'd go so far as to say they knew something big was brewing before hand, and perhaps didn't believe it could happen.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if pre-knowledge of any discription was conclusively proven or dis-proven.

It's a possibility. You wouldn't know what that administrarion would do to jusify a war. The whole media storm about Saddam and his "weapons of mass distruction" springs to mind as well!

It's been done over and over in the past, no reason why we should put it past the current administration of america. (oh no, but this doesn't happen in the civilised world!). We see that they show no respect for lives overseas, the only reason they'd show respect for American lives is because of public backlash. However if they could get away with killing Americans then what the hell?
