Sick of netsource, should i change now or wait?

Tired of paying €66 p/m, was looking at UTV's offering of €47.50 which yearly i would save €222 per year.

With all the Netsource threads around can anyone please advise me and for this not to turn into another anti-netsource thread as we all know what they are like anyway.

Should I wait for a little longer or give notice now?

    Tks,

    Dwayne

In the process of leaving. There was no great attempt made to have me stay either.

I feel Netsource have decided to focus on business customers exclusively so anyone who does stay will not be paid much mind to. They realyl aren't interested in residential customers anymore. I think they got a capital injection in recent times which possibly explains the decision to say goodbye to residential customers as much as anything.

I've heard good things about UTV's overall attitude to its customers (in other words they seem glad to have you and willing to help). They are who i intend to switch to.

Only reason for not switching now is possibly the disconnection period between Netsource and setting up with a new BB provider. As the signup offers at the moment aren't bad at all though you may do yourself a diservice by not disconnecting from Netsource before the end of the year. Theres nothing lost by asking them to begin the disconnection process in any case. You can always stop if you really want to.

Not sure how long the period between disconnecting from one and reconnecting to another is though/
