Q.Is it possible to receive BBC's other digital channels, such as BBC Choice,BBC World, BBC3 etc on the SKY mini dish?

A.The BBC are launching their "Freeview" service on 1st August and we have a dedicated section on our website which you can see by clicking here

This is one of the main things thats missleading. The 'Freeview' service and the BBC free to air on digital satillite are two very diffrent things. The BBC went free to air on digital satillite in August. The Freeview service is a free digital terrestial service in the UK and not avalaible in Ireland. This is confused on many parts of the FAQ page. Watty spoke about mixing the two things up a while back on this board

So why open a new thread we have already discussed this. Is this a bit of mischief making?

The last thread was closed without any discussion at all. All that was said was that no one else found anything wrong with what the info that on the FAQ'S, but there is. No one wanted to explore anymore into what I was saying and implyed that the people @ satellite.ie could not be wroung.

Don’t get me wrong I am not trying to cause any problems or mischief or put down satellite.ie as I have purchased a few things and got some great info from the site and have never found a fault with anything and have recommended the company to friends.

All I am asking is for someone to say is that I'm not wrong and not to close a thread when someone brings up an issue and also for the wrong info on the FAQ's to be changed.

Sorry Tony and others if I have upset any one but all I wanted to do was to put my thoughts here and have a problem resolved. Is that not what boards.ie is all about?

When was thread closed? I dont believe watty's thread was ever closed and I'm wondering why you did not simply add your view to it. If you have an issue take it up with the moderators. I'm wondering what your motivation is for opening a thread specifically naming my site. If you have a problem with content on my site then you could have emailed me directly about it or simply dont visit the site, your choice. You also have the choice of reporting the matter to the advertising standards authority if you think its a big problem although i have to say I've received no complaints from customers who have bought this product.

ok. you're not wrong. happy now ? :D

look : there's stuff on sites all over the place that I might believe to be inaccurate, wrong, out-of-date or even misleading. Most poeple don't feel the need to shout about it on these forums.

Right now most viewers of the thread(s) are thinking "troll"
Why ? because it looks like you're having a go at Tony who has shown himself to be helpful and professional. So what if his site has something you don't agree with ? Big freaking deal !! Whooop-de-freaking-dooo.

Now.. I have to go because Tommy Walsh is showing how to glaze interior doors and I want to give it my fullest attentions.
