    Hey,
I'm taking economics for my LC and I'm just doing some revision this evening. Bit worried, I always fall asleep (not litterly) in the class so I never quite grasp everything we're doing.
Anyway, I came across a question here I can't answer and maybe someone could help.

If the main priority of government is to control inflation, how should monetary and fiscal policies by consistent with one another so to achieve this objective?

Also, since we're on the subject. Do you think someone could help me distinguish the difference between a fiscal and monetary policy.
I've read the definitions and all, but still find it a bit tricky.

    Thanks alot
    - Tim
