Just found this blog on the web, about a guy, in Dublin, wanting to upgrade to a 3650. very interesting.

would there be anything standing in his way if he were to port the number over to vodafone rtg, and then get a new contract with o2, porting the number back over again...? besides the amount of time it'd take

Jaysus I would love to walk in to an agents store and get talking to some of those people (As it is, nothing funnier than asking an agent difficult questions and witnessing the baffled look on the their face and the made up answer)..

The Vodafone agent who told him the cost per kb was 20 cents in the Vodafone store must be out of a job at the stage. As for the O2 agent and cust care rep telling him the benefit of staying with O2 was the fact he could keep his number, thats just plain comedic.

For some reason, I get the impression alot of what was said in the text was grossly exadurated though.
